Jesus Christ Bought Our Healing

I Peter 2:24 says, "who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness - by whose stripes you were healed." "Healed" according to Strong's New Expanded Concordance means "to cure, heal, and make whole." Jesus Christ took our punishment and we received His righteousness, peace with God, and healing.
