Defeating Major Enemies Part IA

4. Sowing and reaping, don't quit, do God's business.

Gal 6:7-10
Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. And let us not grow weary in well doing; for in due season we shall reap, if we do not faint. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.

Sowing and reaping are principles of the Kingdom of God. We reap what we sow. If we do not quit, we shall reap in due season. So we must constantly be sowing good so that we will reap everlasting life, the life of God that is in us. Sowing and reaping start and end the process. What happens during the "and" period between sowing and reaping? We are suppose to "do good." What are the "do good" that we are suppose to do? Water the seed and "do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith." God wants us to be about kingdom business. What is kingdom business? Doing the will of God that He tells about in His word. In other words, instead of being concerned about us. We focus our attention on the kingdom of God and especially the household of faith - those who know and follow Christ Jesus as Savior and Lord.
