The Word of God Heals Me

Psalms 107:20 says, "He (God) sent His Word and healed them, and delivered them from their destruction." John 1:1 says, "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made throught Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overcome it."

God is saying to us that He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, who is the Word of God, to heal us. God sent Jesus Christ, His Son, to make all things including all things new. (II Cor 5:17) God sent His Son, Jesus Christ to heal all. God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to give us life. (I John 2:25; I John 5:11)

Hebrews 12:3 says, "For consider Him who endured such hostility form sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls."

God in Jesus Christ has done it all for us. All God asks us to do is receive all that He has done for us by faith. Faith without corresponding actions is dead. Ask according to His will, believe and you shall receive. Healing is yours. Take it.

In Christ You are a New Creation

Read Romans 6. Romans 6 says that the old sin nature is dead. The new creation, the new nature, do not desire or want to sin. The new creation wants only to please God and do His will for their lives. The new creation is Jesus Christ in you the hope of glory. Jesus is in you with all authority. You have all authority. Do not let sin, sickness, poverty dwell in your bodies. They are intruders. In the name of Jesus cast them out.

We Reign In Life

For if by the one man's offence death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. Romans 5:5

Everything that Jesus did for us was grace including giving us His righteousness. In Christ we are constantly righteous. Any time we need anything from God in Christ we can approach God boldly.

Righteousness is being, hearing, obeying and doing what God say about you and to do for Him.

Sickness and disease can not live in a righteous environment. You are always in God's presence.

God's Wants You to Live by His Word

Deuteronomy 8:1-3 says, " Every commandment wiich I command you today you must be careful to observe, that you may live multiply, and go in and possess the land of which the LORD swore to your fathers. And you shall remember that the LORD your God led you all the way these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you and test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not. So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the LORD."

God says that His Word is more important than the information we receive from our five senses. What God says and we immediately act upon are the things that are most important in our lives.

Hebrews 5:13 says, " For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe. But solid food belongs to those who are full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil."

God says that the way to help us learn sense and spiritual ways is to hear and act on His Word. When we begin to hear an unseen God and act on what He tells us to do, we begin to trust Him to do the things that He says that He will do.

When your body keeps telling you one thing and the Word of God tells you another, you put you body under the authority of your spirit and the Word of God by speaking what God's Word says about your situation.

God Loves Me

If you do not know that God absolutely with absolutely no doubt, you need to find 5-10 Scriptures that speak to you about God's love for you. You need to memorize them, meditate on them, and speak them out of your mouth 10 times each day until you know without one shadow of a doubt that God Loves You. Perfect love cast out fear. Turst is at the very heart of love. When you think a person does not really love you, you may have a hard time trusting them. When we trust God we have no fear that God love us and God wants and wills nothing but the best for us in every situation. When we can trust Him with our very lives, nothing can defeat us. No sickness or disease, no nothing! can defeat us. We are victors, conquerors, overcomers.

Tradition and religion have made God to be the bad guy. That is NOT what the Bible teaches about God. Jesus came to show us what God was like. Jesus was not a bad guy. Jesus was a good guy. Jesus showed us that God is a good God!!! That God loves us.

John 3:16 is your first "God loves me" scripture. Find 4-9 more.

How To Prove Your Faith

James 1:2-4 and Deuteronomy 8 tells us about proving your faith. God has already given us His Word for every situation. In Deuteronomy 8 God gave Israel their directions to get to the promise land. God had already promised Abraham that He would lead his ancestors to the promised land. God led them, humbled them, proved them to know what was in their heart. To let them know that man does not live by bread alone but every Word out of the mouth of God. To do good to them in the end. In James 1:2-4 give us an understanding of this process. James tells us to count it all joy when we fall (as we are walking along) into a proving of your faith situation. Faith comes from the Word of God. Romans 10:17 God speaks to us through His Word and as we are walking along on the road of life a situation comes across our path that we need to us the Word of God that we have learned. We are to know this that the proving of our faith works (hires) patience (unswerving constancy). Our faith in the Word of God is proven to be strong as we constantly say in agreement the Word of God concerning a situation. James says for us to let patience (unswerving constancy) have its perfect work. We fight the good fight of faith by never wavering from the Word of God that we are standing in agreement with God. That we may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. In verse 5 it says that if any one lacks wisdom, ask God and God will give you the Word of God that you need to have faith in the situation. God tells us to ask if we need help or if we have His Word, stand unwaveringly on that Word and we will see that what God promised, He is able to perform. Romans 4:21 Once your faith has been shown to be solid, you will get your promise.

When God Changes Your Name

In the Bible the names gives to someone or something would tell you a great deal about that person or thing. Even though the person started out as a certain type of person, God would change their name and would change who they saw themselves and the way they acted. For example, Jacob (deceiver) had his name changed to Israel (Prince with God).

When we accept Jesus Christ as our LORD and Savior, we become a new person with a new name - son of God. We have a new nature. When we began to renew our minds to who God says we are, we began to manifest that new creation and new ways of doing things appear.

As sons of God sickness, disease, pain have no authority in our body. When they attack us, they come from the devil. These are intruders that are trying to come against the temple of God. Us! Sons of God. As a son of God you have the authority to cast away from you intruders. Know who you are in Christ and act like it.

PS Sons of God = sons and daughters of God.

In Christ God Made You a Winner

II Corinthians 2:14 and Romans 8:37 tells that we always triumph in Christ and we are more than a conqueror in Christ. When we accept Christ and become all we can be in Christ, we are the ultimate winner.

Eternal Life

The Bible definition of "Eternal Life" is found in John 17:3. "And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent." Also, in I John 2:25 and I John 5:11 John writes, "And this is the promise that He has promised us-eternal life." and "And this is the testimony: that God has fiven us eternal life, and This life is in His Son." One of the keys to healing using the Word of God is to know who you are in Christ and begin to act like it by renewing your mind to who you are in Christ.

Fasting

Fasting is way to humble yourself so that you can better hear what God is say and telling you to do about an issue. Isaiah 58:6-14 tell you about a fast that pleases God and the things that can happen because you fast. When your body is trying to rule you instead of your spirit, fasting will help you get the body under control. Isaiah 58:8 says that the results of doing what God says in verses 6 and 7 are that your light shall break forth like the morning and your healing shall spring forth speedily and more.

Ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom concerning you and fasting.

The Word of God Sets You Free

John 8:31-32 say, "The Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed, and you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."" When a person has any type of problem/situation, they can go to the Word of God, do what God says, and be set free. Need healing?
